Pick a Town, Any Town!

Well, we are sick of living in limbo and not knowing wether we are moving or staying here. We love it here, but more and more we are feeling guilty about being so far from our parents. So, today we decided to take a risk and hopefully move things along a bit. Keil is still on the list to go to Casper as a carrier as his first choice. There is not an opening for that right now, but could be within 3 weeks. However, there are currently openings for a mail handler in Casper (probably an overnight shift), a carrier in Laramie, a carrier in Sheridan and a clerk in Sheridan. Keil put in for all of them! We would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to go to Sheridan. It's so beautiful, it's a smaller town, it has a junior college so I could still get my nursing degree, it's only 2 hours from Billings, MT; 2 hours from Casper, 4 hours from my folks (straight interstate) and 6 from his. The catch is that because it is so much smaller, there may not be as much opportunity for overtime, and with the higher cost of living and trying to put me through school, we can't afford for Keil's paychecks to be smaller. So, until we find out what kind of hours he would have, Casper still has to be our number one choice, financially. But, Keil is going to call on Monday and talk to the postmaster in Sheridan. At any rate, between those 5 openings and a potential 6th opening in a couple weeks, we should know within a month or so if a move is in our future. Please keep your fingers crossed for us that we get an answer soon.......I'm so tired of not knowing!
