We just got back from a trip to Boise where we were told that Adrik's ears look great, (except for an excessive amount of wax.) The ENT wants him back in 6 months. We were also able to get Jantzen into a pediatric opthamologist (thanks to our wonderful ENT!!!) and she went ahead and scheduled his next surgery. The probe they did in November didn't work, so now they will thread a stint into his tear duct that will stay in place for 3 months. The original probe procedure had a 90% success rate, Jantz was in the 10% unsuccessful category. This stint procedure also has a 90% success rate. Please say a prayer that it will be successful for Jantz, because if it's not, the next step is pretty extreme and involves drilling a hole into the nose and creating a whole new tear duct! Jantzen's surgery will be on his 1st birthday (March 7) and he will be put under for it. Poor baby, I hope it's not indicative of what his future birthdays will be like! Anyhow, we are happy that we've found a competent doctor, and hopeful that all will go well!
I also wanted to mention that we just finished up a new roll of film and will be posting some new pictures in a day or so. (no, we still don't have a digital camera.....but we are grateful for any charitable contributions that any of you would like to make to the cause! hahaha)

There's officially a little girl in the house! Adrik, Jantzen, and Keison already adore their sister, Aubrynne. It seems Keil and I are always exhausted trying to keep up with this little crew, but we wouldn't trade it for anything!
